The company operates its own processing plant in the Liantou Stone Industrial Park, Yunfeng Subdistrict, Suichang County. Spanning 50 mu (approximately 3.3 hectares), the facility boasts an annual raw material processing capacity of 50,000 cubic meters-equivalent to over 1.5 million square meters of stone slabs-enabling it to handle large-volume orders for major municipal projects. The plant is equipped with a comprehensive, standardized production line covering everything from cutting and shaping to surface finishing, offering one-stop processing capabilities for slabs of various specifications and custom-shaped components. Committed to green manufacturing, the company has installed a full suite of environmental protection facilities, including filter presses, multiple dust collection units, and wastewater treatment systems. Process wastewater is collected and treated before being 100% recycled for production use and for washing floors and roadways within the facility, thereby achieving zero discharge. The cutting process utilizes wet-processing methods combined with protective shields and baffles for localized containment to prevent secondary dust generation; additionally, timed misting systems installed at workshop entrances and interiors effectively control dust emissions.
